The hotel's location next to the train station was convenient (I really appreciated this). The room I had was spacious and well maintained. I found the breakfast buffet excellent, offering a wide selection. The staff were also quite helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with directions and information.
The parking fee seemed a little high, at least in my opinion.

The room featured high-quality amenities, including toiletries from Rituals. It also had a coffee machine. The room was spacious and clean, providing enough space for luggage and movement. Rooms also have views of the nearby river.

The hotel is located very close to the train station, with access to transport. Restaurants and a shopping center are very close to the hotel. The hotel provides a free pass for travel to another train station.

The breakfast offered many choices including rice and fresh fruit. The bar also served food, a good alternative to eating out. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

The location was good , next to the train station.
The room was not what I expected , given the price I paid. Amenities were limited and a kettle was missing. Also , the staff did not know much about the surrounding area.

The location worked well for me, directly next to the train station. It made travel SIMPLE. The staff was always available and ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast offered a good variety, convenient before long days of sightseeing.
I found the pillows a little too soft for my preference.

The room featured well-kept amenities, including a television and a functional desk area. I found the bathroom clean and of a modern design. The shower had consistently hot water with good pressure. It was VERY refreshing.

The breakfast selection was very good. The location next to the train station was convenient. A wonderful view from our balcony included mountains. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
I found the room was a LITTLE dusty, a minor issue.

The hotel is situated next to the Interlaken West station. Grocery stores, numerous restaurants and laundromats are a minute's walk away. This location makes accessing the east station an easy walk.

Breakfast had limited choices. HOWEVER, there was a possibility to order eggs or omelets, a PLUS. The breakfast included fresh options. The dining area was clean and well maintained.

The staff were professional and very friendly. They helped with directions and recommendations. Every request was handled efficiently. They offered assistance with luggage storage before check-in. We felt very welcomed

The hotel had a modern and fresh design, which gave it an elegant look. The Junior Suite was equipped with two terraces for relaxation. Blackout shades were automatic. They provided excellent light control in the bedrooms.

Mixed experience. Some issues noted
small roomineffective air conditioning
the room was quite small. i found it difficult to open my suitcase fully since there wasn't much space. the air conditioning also didn't seem to work effectively, even at the coldest setting. it was frustrating.
