The breakfast selection was very good. The location next to the train station was convenient. A wonderful view from our balcony included mountains. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
I found the room was a LITTLE dusty, a minor issue.

The hotel is situated next to the Interlaken West station. Grocery stores, numerous restaurants and laundromats are a minute's walk away. This location makes accessing the east station an easy walk.

Breakfast had limited choices. HOWEVER, there was a possibility to order eggs or omelets, a PLUS. The breakfast included fresh options. The dining area was clean and well maintained.

The staff were professional and very friendly. They helped with directions and recommendations. Every request was handled efficiently. They offered assistance with luggage storage before check-in. We felt very welcomed

The hotel had a modern and fresh design, which gave it an elegant look. The Junior Suite was equipped with two terraces for relaxation. Blackout shades were automatic. They provided excellent light control in the bedrooms.

the location is optimal. if you use train to reach destinations it is really convenient. breakfast had a wide range. the bathrooms are nice with a spacious shower area.

small roomineffective air conditioning
the room was quite small. i found it difficult to open my suitcase fully since there wasn't much space. the air conditioning also didn't seem to work effectively, even at the coldest setting. it was frustrating.
